Notice Lighter Patches on Your Skin? It Could Be Nonsegmental Vitiligo!

We're looking for participants for a research study on nonsegmental vitiligo!

Vitiligo is a condition that causes patches of your skin to lose pigment. This can lead to lighter areas of skin that can be noticeable, especially on areas exposed to the sun. There are two main types of vitiligo:
-
Nonsegmental vitiligo: This is the most common type and affects both sides of your body in a symmetrical way.
-
Segmental vitiligo: This type affects only one side of your body in a limited area.

Do you have lighter patches of skin on your face, hands, arms, or other areas?
If so, you might have nonsegmental vitiligo and could be eligible for our research study! We're looking for individuals with nonsegmental vitiligo to help us learn more about the condition and develop new treatment options.

This study could be right for you if you:
-
Have lighter patches of skin on your skin, especially on areas exposed to the sun (face, hands, arms, feet)
-
Notice these patches appeared gradually over time
-
Have nonsegmental vitiligo, which means the lighter patches appear on both sides of your body in a symmetrical way

By participating in this research study, you can:
-
Help advance the understanding of nonsegmental vitiligo
-
Potentially receive new treatment options not yet available to the public
-
Contribute to the development of future treatments for vitiligo
