Sudden, Intense Pain in Your Joints? It Could Be Gout!

We're looking for participants for a research study on gout!
​
Gout is a type of arthritis that can cause sudden and severe pain, redness, swelling, and tenderness in your joints. It often strikes at night and can be incredibly uncomfortable.

Do you experience any of the following?

Intense joint pain that comes on suddenly, often at night (especially in the big toe, but can affect other joints too)

Joint redness, swelling, and tenderness

A feeling of warmth in the affected joint

Difficulty moving the affected joint

If you answered yes, you might have gout and could be eligible for our research study!

This study is looking for individuals with gout to help us develop new ways to manage and prevent gout attacks. By participating, you'll be contributing to valuable research that could help millions of people suffering from gout.
Requirements for Eligibility
Sex:
Male or Female
Age:
≥ 18 years and ≤75 years
Type of Volunteer:
Adults with gout, with or without tophi, and hyperuricemia
